As a Registered Master Builder we offer our clients a 10-year Master Build Guarantee on residential work.
We are also Licensed Building Practitioner which means that we build and renovate homes to comply with New Zealand standards. Our work has undergone assessment and been deemed competent to carry out work essential to a residential buildings’ structure.

We have a range of architects, draughtsman and structural engineers available to us and can help you decide which one will be best suited to your project and budget. We can assist you with Consent Orders and Permits when required. Whatever the project, we can provide a professional team to see through the project through from concept to completion.
TOTAL COST
At Ant Wallace Building Ltd we can work with you to establish the total cost of your job. We can also help you to try and save money on your building project. We can provide you with a written contracts that sets out the job description, inclusions, and costs, as well as a payments schedule, so you’ll know ahead of time what you are paying and when your payments are due. We are here to look after you.

Ant Wallace Building Limited (est. 2016) is a small Family owned and Operated Tapanui based company servicing the Clutha District and Gore area.
We strive to deliver our clients the highest quality workmanship and thrive on your satisfaction.
Whether it’s a small repair or a new home, no job is too big or too small, and we pride ourselves on doing the best job every time!
Our team currently consists of 5 qualified builders and 2 apprentice. Everyone, from management to our staff, is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all persons on our project sites, at our office and wherever our work takes us.
To ensure a safe and healthy work environment, Ant Wallace Building will continue to develop and maintain our existing Health and Safety Management System alongside Hazdardco. That is our commitment to you.
